Syracuse, NY: July 11-17

We are sending a team to serve alongside our partners Jason and Caroline Lankford, planting Radiant Church in Syracuse, NY.

What we’ll do

We will do a variety of things to support and encourage them and their team, including prayerwalking, serving in local ministries, and helping with their worship gathering on Sunday. But our main activity will be serving as volunteers at their city-wide soccer camp in the evenings.

Radiant’s soccer camp is an event designed to serve and seek the welfare of the city and help them connect with families in the city in order to share the gospel and invite them into gospel community at Radiant Church. Any soccer experience is welcomed, but you don’t have to know anything about soccer to serve. We just need volunteers willing to serve and show the love of Jesus to kids and their families.

Cost

The final cost will depend on a few logistical details that still need to be worked out (like flights and lodging) and the number of people on the team. At this point we are estimating that it will be somewhere in the $1300-1800 range. The trip cost includes all travel, lodging, and food.

Scholarships are available as needed on a case by case basis.
